Sean Kingston Nearly Dead After God Based Jet Skiing Accident

Cabbage Patch Kid lookalike and awful pop singer Sean Kingston isn’t having too much fun currently. That’s because God has revealed himself to exist and try to kill him. Honestly he has. And in fairness to God, he’s done it in quite a spectacular fashion.
See, God looked at Sean and wanted to teach him a lesson. When Kingston sang about Beautiful Girls making him suicidal, our Lord God thought he’d give him a taste of death to see if he was being ‘real’ when he sang it.
And so, Sean is now in a critical condition after having a jet skiing accident after he collided with the business end of a bridge in Miami.

The pal of Justin Bieber, along with one other female passenger, was rushed to hospital over the weekend after crashing into a bridge really, really quickly.

Reports are saying that Sean Kingston definitely wasn’t drunk while careering around on his jet ski, but people are muttering about it anyway. There have been no details of what happened formally released.
However, Miami Catholic priest and children’s entertainer, Sean O’Donoimhennesuaghaghiamh, think that this is God’s work.
“You see these fellas with their gyrating dancing women – very much like Pan’s People’ that you’d get on the talking box in the 70s, when the Angelus was still good – talking about suicidal feelings, and you can’t help but wonder if ol’ big bollocks in the sky has had a look at it and thought ‘enough is enough’.”
“God, who we know is a beautifully spite filled, vengeful God, probably looked at this warbling wee fella and thought ‘Right. I’ll show you’. Bono once sang that He moves in ‘mysterious ways’… well… there isn’t any mystery about this! It’s as clear as the many chins on his Sean Kingston’s face!”
The priest added:
“Seriously though, if he wants someone to pray for him, I’m more than happy to appear on the local cable network to talk about it. We’ve got a two-for-one on funerals as well, so if they should tragically die, they should contact our church, St Dympna’s, and we’ll make sure any trips to Lourdes haven’t been in vain.”
The priest then made an Eoghan Quigg ‘vote for me’ face.
A spokesperson for the singer said of the incident:
“Sean Kingston was in an accident today. No further details are available at the moment. He and his family thank everyone for the well-wishes.”
Now, we eagerly await to see how forgiving God is.

Sean Kingston's female jet ski passenger stated: "Sean was driving "REALLY fast" when they crashed into a bridge this weekend ... and insists she begged him to slow down before the accident.

TMZ spoke with Cassandra Sanchez -- Sean's longtime friend -- who stated she arrived to Miami Beach with another female friend to ride jet skis with Sean and his buddy on Saturday evening.

Sanchez stated, "Both jet skis pulled out of the dock at the same time and we were going so fast we just blasted past them. When we turned a corner and crashed ... they were so far behind us they didn't even see us crash."

Sanchez says ... as Sean was racing towards the bridge, she screamed out, "We can't fit under there! Are we going to try and go under there?  Sean stop!"

... she believes Sean tried to turn away from the bridge at the last minute ... and
lost control because they were going "REALLY fast."

The next thing Sanchez remembers is waking up in the water in pain. Sanchez says her friends on the other jet ski raced over and tried to help out ... with Sean's buddy trying to position the injured singer so he wouldn't swallow any more water. They all signaled for help until a boat came to the scene to help out.

Sanchez says, "[Sean] was coughing up blood, foam and pink stuff" ... and when he finally opened his eyes, he kept repeating the words, "I'm hurting. I'm hurting"

Sanchez says her ribs and her jaw are still sore -- but overall, she's OK.

As for Sean, Sanchez says "They have a tube down his throat so he can't really talk, but he is lucid and understands what's going on." Sanchez says doctors plan to keep Sean in the hospital for "a couple more weeks."

Update 6/04/2011

Sean Kingston's condition has stabilized is described as "awake and alert" less than one week after crashing into a bridge while riding a watercraft, sources said Saturday.

TMZ reported Saturday that sources said he has a breathing tube in his mouth and is communicating through nods and sign language.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries: Anatomy of an Engagement

Kris Humphries, Kim Kardashian Bauer-Griffin.com
By now, you've heard the news: Kim Kardashian is engaged, with the boulder-size diamond on her finger to prove it.
But how, exactly, did America's most eligible bachelorette get taken off the market? Well, thanks for asking!
Kris Humphries managed to do what Reggie Bush, Gabriel Aubry, Miles Austin, Cristiano Ronaldo and (flashback alert) Ray J couldn't quite manage—secure Kim's hand in marriage—after both a stealth and rapid courtship. So let's take a look back together at how he managed such a feat:
2000: At just 19 years old, a pre-fame Kim Kardashian enters into an ill-fated marriage to music producer Damon Thomas.
2003: The couple divorces. It takes several years, but documents pertaining to the split are eventually unearthed and reveal allegations of abuse leveled against Thomas.

2007: Rumors as to the existence of a sex tape between Kim and then-boyfriend Ray J (that'd be Brandy's little bro) emerge, and are eventually proven true. Kim denied involvement in the film's release, and sued Vivid Entertainment for ownership rights, though eventually dropped the suit after reaching a settlement.
October 2007: The Kardashians become a household name, as Keeping Up With the Kardashians debuts on E! (You're welcome, world.)
2007: Kim begins a three-year, on-off relationship with Reggie Bush that is featured heavily on both her reality show and in the tabloids, and is plagued by rumors of engagements, which ultimately were unfounded.
July 2009: Kim and Reggie break up (take one).
August 2009: They're baaack!
March 2010: Kim and Reggie break up. For good.
April 2010: Rebound, thy name is Cristiano Ronaldo! Kim is spotted getting quite cozy with the international soccer phenom in Madrid; sources said the duo, despite living on different continents, were keeping in "daily contact."
June 2010: Eh, love is fleeting. Kim is spotted with Dallas Cowboys receiver Miles Austin after the duo meet and exchange numbers at an L.A. restaurant.
August 2010: After they're caught sharing a steamy Fourth of July kiss, Kim confirms the budding romance, announcing that she's "definitely dating" the footballer.
Thanksgiving 2010: Moving on...after a game night earlier in the week, E! News confirms that the reality starlet spent the holiday with Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry.
December 2010: Amid rumors that Halle did not approve (and that custody of his child could be at risk) Gabriel and Kim abruptly cut ties.
PHOTOS: Look, but don't touch: Kim Kardashian bikini pics!
December 2010: Kim first steps out with Kris, days after splitting from Gabriel.
Early January 2011: Just a few weeks after going public with Humphries, Kim meets the parents, flying out to a Minnesota Timberwolves game to cheer on her beau alongside Kris' sister, Kaela, and his parents. They later shared dinner together, and Humphries' rep said at the time, "Yes, they met and it was a wonderful meeting." First impressions are everything!
January 2011: Babies on the brain? Kim tweets a photo of Kris as a child, with the caption, "I want my son to look like this!"
Feb. 5, 2011: Kim helps Kris celebrate his 26th birthday with a surprise birthday dinner in NYC with his parents.
March 2011: Kim denies rumors that she and Kris are already engaged.
March 2011: Call it sisterly instinct. Khloé Kardashian Odom, who knows from quick courtships, tells E! News that Kim "thinks she is" going to marry Humphries, calling her sis a "hopeless romantic."
April 2011: Kim tells E! News that moving to New York (Kris plays for the New Jersey Nets, remember) is the "obvious" next step, but plays coy about any permanent plans. "We're doing good!" she said of her relationship. "I am very happy where I'm at...But as of right now, no marriage, nothing like that. We're happy."
Early May 2011: Just a week before Kris proposes (and two weeks before the world learns of the engagement), Kim again addresses rumors of an impending engagement. "I'm like, 'Seriously?'" she told E! News. "We laugh so hard. I mean, I guess it's flattering that they want us to get married instead of break up, so I don't know."

May 18, 2011: Humphries gets down on bended knee and pops the question to his girlfriend of roughly six months, asking for her hand in marriage with rose petals spelling out the question, "Will you marry me?" She of course accepts. The 20.5-carat diamond probably helped.
May 19, 2011: The day after the proposal, the couple (careful not to reveal their news) heads out on a date night in Hollywood, walking hand-in-hand in front of the paparazzi.
May 25, 2011: The couple announce their engagement to the world. "OMGGGGGG!!!!!!!" Kim blogged. "It's true! I couldn't be happier! Thank you guys for all the sweet messages!!! I finally found my missing puzzle piece, I'm complete."
No wedding date has yet been set, and the couple are currently en route to a vacation in Monaco

Guess What’s in The Picture [Foodlike Substance]

A) Strawberry ice cream
B) Chicken
C) Plastic foam
D) None of the above
Answer below

What you need to know:
Folks, this is mechanically separated chicken, an invention of the late 20th century. Someone figured out in the 1960’s that meat processors can eek eke out a few more percent of profit from chickens, turkeys, pigs, and cows by scraping the bones 100% clean of meat. This is done by machines, not humans, by passing bones leftover after the initial cutting through a high pressure sieve. The paste you see in the picture above is the result.
This paste goes on to become the main ingredient in many a hot dog, bologna, chicken nuggets, pepperoni, salami, jerky etc…
The industry calls this method AMR – Advanced Meat Recovery.
In 2004, as a result of  mad cow disease (Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy), the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) ruled that beef could no longer be processed this way, because testing showed that parts of the bovine central nervous system ended up in the meat.
As for products using mechanically separated chicken and pork, FSIS ruled that they are safe to eat, but required them to be labeled as such.
Despite them being safe, FSIS states that no more than 20% of the meat in a hot dog come from mechanically separated pork.
What to do at the supermarket:
It’s always a better to choice to see a real cut of meat at the butcher counter in the supermarket and then decide what you want done with it. Buying something prepared in a factory, such as chicken nuggets, or hot dogs, you’ll always get the worst meat, and it will always be combined with additives and other sources of fat.

Satoshi Kanazawa Causes Firestorm After Claiming Black Women Are Less Attractive

Really? I guess when they think something, they have to show their ignorance and write it down?

Psychology Today blogger Satoshi Kanazawa sparked a firestorm with his latest posting entitled, "A Look at the Hard Truths About Human Nature."
In it, the evolutionary psychologist at the London School of Economics argues that black women are less physically attractive than other women. The article was quickly removed from the site, but not before screenshots made their way onto BuzzFeed. Some excerpts:
What accounts for the markedly lower average level of physical attractiveness among black women? Black women are on average much heavier than nonblack women. The mean body-mass index (BMI) at Wave III is 28.5 among black women and 26.1 among nonblack women. (Black and nonblack men do not differ in BMI: 27.0 vs. 26.9) However, this is not the reason black women are less physically attractive than nonblack women. Black women have lower average level of physical attractiveness net of BMI. Nor can the race difference in intelligence (and the positive association between intelligence and physical attractiveness) account for the race difference in physical attractiveness among women. Black women are still less physically attractive than nonblack women net of BMI and intelligence. Net of intelligence, black men are significantly more physically attractive than nonblack men. [...]
The only thing I can think of that might potentially explain the lower average level of physical attractiveness among black women is testosterone. Africans on average have higher levels of testosterone than other races, and testosterone, being an androgen (male hormone), affects the physical attractiveness of men and women differently. Men with higher levels of testosterone have more masculine features and are therefore more physically attractive. In contrast, women with higher levels of testosterone also have more masculine features and are therefore less physically attractive. The race difference in the level of testosterone can therefore potentially explain why black women are less physically attractive than women of other races, while (net of intelligence) black men are more physically attractive than men of other races.
Kanazawa, whose prior, controversial works can be viewed in part here, was met with widespread backlash. Jenée Desmond-Harris at The Root wrote, "The blog's presentation of the allegedly scientific findings had a decidedly informal tone, especially given the highly contentious conclusions. It struck us as so outrageous that we almost thought it was a hoax of some sort, and we double-checked the URL to make sure it didn't include 'The Onion.'"
Latoya Peterson at Racialicious opined: "Justifying racism using 'science' isn't new, by any means. Every few years, it appears that someone needs to provide a rationale for bigotry, so they publish some sort of madness and hope most of the readers suffer from scientific illiteracy. The problem is that even with a thorough debunking, people latch on to articles like this to confirm their own biases."
Kaja Perina, Psychology Today's editor-in-chief, didn't explain why Kanazawa's piece was removed, however she told NPR, "Our bloggers are credential[ed] social scientists and for this reason they are invited to post to the site on topics of their choosing. We in turn reserve the right to remove posts for any number of reasons. Because the post was not commissioned or solicited by PT (in contrast to a magazine article), there was no editorial intent to address questions of race and physical attractiveness."

Gary Vaynerchuk: “99.5 Percent Of Social Media Experts Are Clowns” (TCTV) by Josh Zelman

Wine enthusiast, author, founder, blogger, investor and serial entrepreneur (did I leave anything out?) Gary Vaynerchuk dropped by our TechCrunch TV studio in New York City with a bottle of red to discuss his new book, The Thank You Economy with TechCrunch Co-editor, Erick Schonfeld. “Context is the new battleground for business” says Vaynerchuk when asked to give the Twitter version summary of book.
In essence, businesses need to better understand how to use social media and how to apply an authentic human touch while doing so. Vaynerchuk thinks current efforts are abysmal. “”99.5 percent of the people that walk around and say they are a social media expert or guru are clowns,” he says, continuing with “we are going to live through a devastating social media bubble.”
In part II of this interview below, Vaynerchuk discusses the origins Winelibrary.tv, what Ze Frank had to do with it, how he became Internet famous, and where he invests his money.

Britney Spears: Mentally Incapable Of Testifying In Ex-Manager Suit, Say Parents

It's been a long road back to the top for Britney Spears. The pop diva, so successful through the late 90's and much of the first decade of the new century, fell apart in 2008: at the beginning of that year, she was hospitalized and put on a mental hold, under the influence of drugs and a crippling relationship with ex-husband Kevin Federline and their children.
With the help of her parents -- who still have her under conservatorship -- she's rebuilt her career under a new manager, boyfriend Jason Trawick. But her ex-manager, Sam Lutfi, is less than pleased about how he's been portrayed during the journey back, and is suing Spears' mom, Lynne, for defamation. Spears' parents claimed that Lutfi used to drug Spears and harassed her post-breakdown.
Lutfi wants his one-time client to testify in the court case, but according to Billboard, her parents are claiming that she is "mentally incapable" of doing so.
Lufti, who is under the command of a restraining order to stay away from Spears, says that claim is bogus. He had an expert witness analyze a Spears interview with Ryan Seacrest and an MTV documentary, with the witness submitting to the court that, from what he can tell, Spears is more than capable of testifying to the court:
"In the Ryan Seacrest interview, which was recorded approximately two months ago, Britney Spears is interviewed at length, and she responds logically and coherently to questions, evidencing logical thinking and mental competency. The edited interviews in the [MTV] video documentary also evidence coherent and logical thinking, responsiveness to questions, and mental competence ... In my opinion, there is good cause to conduct an Independent Medical Examination to investigate the Conservators' claim that Ms. Spears is not mentally capable of testifying, and the claim that she was not mentally competent to enter into a binding contract. ..."
Spears is now a publicly facing pop star once again, with custody over her children, so perhaps Lutfi's claim is correct -- she may be facing taking a mental exam to find out. Either way, it's a painful reminder of a highly covered breakdown, one that Spears more than likely would like the public to forget.
In a more positive development, Spears recently released a star-studded remix of her song, "Til the World Ends," featuring Nicki Minaj and Ke$ha.
